"I've been with State Farm for 30 years. Because of the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by a particular agent and his team, I requested my account be transferred to Markus Smith's agency. The agent instead cancelled out all my insurance policies. When asking to please reinstate me, he refused. Markus, Abigail and the team went to bat for me and not only had me reinstated at my loyalty level, but were able to lower my premium payments. I was treated kindly and with respect throughout the whole process. I so appreciate their patience and the support they gave me."

"When i moved back to IL Shannon helped me get everything transferred quickly and made a dreadful task so effortlessly quick and simple, she was super friendly and amazing.
